Terms of Supply
Our products are supplied by quotation. These general terms apply unless a written agreement between us says otherwise.
Quotations and orders
Prices, quantities and delivery terms are given in a written quotation. An order is confirmed when both sides agree in writing. A quotation is valid for the period stated in it.
Products and specifications
Coco peat is a natural product, so colour, fibre content and conductivity can vary slightly between batches. Specifications such as EC, pH and moisture are available on request for each batch.
Packing and shipping
Goods are packed for container shipping and dispatched from the port of Colombo, Sri Lanka. Shipping dates are estimates and depend on vessel schedules, customs and other factors outside our control.
Payment
Payment terms are stated in each quotation or order confirmation.
Inspection and claims
Please inspect the goods on arrival and report any concern in writing, with photos, as soon as possible so we can look into it together with you.
Liability
We will do our best to supply goods as described. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for results that depend on growing conditions we do not control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka unless both sides agree otherwise in writing.
